Product Lifetime
According to our General License and Support Conditions each product has a guaranteed lifetime. The following services are available until the end of a product's lifetime for customers with an active support agreement:
Technical support
Availability (download) of the licensed product
Availability (download) of the latest maintenance release of the licensed product
Upgrade to current maintenance release of a higher-quality product of the same major release at the upgrade list price (e.g. from PDFlib 7.0.1 to PDFlib+PDI 7.0.4)
Purchase of additional licenses of the licensed product at the list price
