PDFlib Lite offers a subset of the functionality of PDFlib 7. it can be used for non-commercial purposes under the terms of the PDFlib Lite license agreement. We do not offer any commercial licenses for PDFlib Lite.
Note that PDFlib Lite is no longer maintained by PDFlib GmbH. There is no technical support for PDFlib Lite, and will not release new and updated versions. Based on requests from the user community we still make PDFlib Lite available for download, but you will have to build and use it on your own. Keep in mind that PDFlib Lite can not be used in commercial projects. Take a look at the PDFlib product family for the latest and greatest functionality with professional product support.
The PDFlib Lite 7 source code package contains C source code, support files for the C, C++, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Tcl language bindings, the PDFlib tutorial and API reference manual, as well as samples for all supported languages. Please see here for a sparate download of the documentation.
PDFlib Lite source code must be compiled to generate a usable library. PDFlib GmbH does not offer precompiled (binary) versions of PDFlib Lite.

All platform-specific flavors of the main package have the same contents, but differ in line end conventions for text files, as well as compression and packaging method.
